We do not have any contractual arrangement whatsoever with the holidaymaker, as their contract/agreement is solely with the Holiday-Home Owner (Advertiser).
KBA, verifies homeowners’ identities and that the property exists, so that holidaymakers can then connect directly and pay directly with homeowners and their advertised properties.
KBA is unable to verify the accuracy of all content and descriptions of all properties. Please check any points made in property adverts that are important to you before you book with a homeowner.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (texts, photos, videos, etc.) of the website KBA is the intellectual property of its owner. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce the articles, in whole or in part, without the website administrator’s permission.
