You’ve just made me want to do it on countdown to two weeks in Sami 26th May Great video !
Hi Anna we are staying in Skala in 10 days time & this will be our 4th visit to Kefalonia, while here for a week we are hoping to look into coming & staying for a month when we retire in a couple of years, we want to maybe do some walking, mix with the locals, ferry trip or boat trip to another island & investigate renting as we have done most of the tours & driving.
If there is anything you can suggest we even thought of looking to see where the ferries go to, things to keep us occupied if we come for a month.

We are planning a holiday in Kefalonia this June with a 2 year-old son. I would like myself and also my son to experience something like milking goat, making cheese, etc., but how can we get such an experience?

Hello Anna. Thank you for these beautiful articles regarding Kefalonia. Very helpful and inspiring. We are planning to visit Kefalonia this August and would be very delighted to have such an experience and discover the local culture. Could you please advise if this is possible and how? I know about the vineyards, but is there a cheese/olive oil factory as well? Thank you.
