🎶 “Riganada & Kantada” – Traditional Music & Food

An enchanting evening combining the local dish “riganada” with traditional kantades (serenades), organized by the cultural association “To Rifo̱rtsó”. The event highlights local cuisine and the music of Kefalonia. The Kantadoroi group from Leivatho performs under the direction of Vasilis Kalogeras.

🎼 Kantades at Sunset

The Municipal Male Choir, led by maestro Angelos Mourelatos on guitar and Grigoris Vlachoulis on accordion, will stroll through the picturesque alleys of Lixouri in a joyful serenade. The performers will conclude their musical promenade at the central square, singing traditional melodies of the island.

🖼️ Art Exhibition – Retrospective by Polymnia
📍 “O Kefalos” Municipal Theatre, Argostoli | 🕘 Opening at 21:00
This retrospective exhibition showcases the works of renowned painter Polymnia, featuring selected pieces from the 1980s to today. The main opening takes place on Sunday, July 13th, and the exhibition runs until July 19th at the theatre.
It continues through August at the “Polymnia Gallery” (Lassis Street 23) with additional opening hours (18:00–22:00). The full collection includes paintings from the 1980s, ’90s, 2000s, and her most recent works from 2020–2025.
