Relax under the olive trees Foki is 1.5km from Fiskardo village (accessible by foot) in the region of Erissos. The name comes from the frequent appearance of the monk seal (Fokia in Greek) Monachus Monachus. The beach is not organized and is ideal for those who love shade, tranquillity and pebbly beaches.

Beautiful but usually crowded! Just 3 km outside of Argostoli, on the way to the airport, in the area of Lassi, you can visit two of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kefalonia, Makris and Platis Gialos.
Love at first sight! Assos is a charming little harbour village located 36 km north of Argostoli and 24km from Agia Efimia, and has less than 100 permanent inhabitants. Tiny and secluded, it is a romantic setting and my favourite shelter, both in winter and summer!
Gray Rocky formations against reddish sand… located on the peninsula of Paliki, 7 km from Lixouri town, one can find Xi beach, definitely one of the most special locations in Kefalonia. Endless sand! Skala sits on the southern tip of Kefalonia 37km from Argostoli in the region of Elios-Pronnoi. It is known for its beautiful 3km long sandy beach and its crystal clear waters.
