Following the philosophy of vertical integration and sustainable mild development, Stamoulis family has created a mosaic of small business
consisting of a farm at Falari mountain, just 9km from Agia Efimia, with cattle and sheep (indigenous tribes), a cheese-making plant at the area of Potamianata (just 5km from Agia Efimia) where they produce a variety of local cheeses, a delicatessen supermarket at the capital of Argostoli as well as a central cheese and meat market at the center of Agia Efimia offering their own products. It is worth noting that in the third Festival Milk and Cheese, the company was awarded with the Silver Award for barrel cheese.
